About Fincerta

We founded Fincerta on the premise that clients would be best served by an independent and specialized debt financing advisor. Our company name Fincerta is composed of the English word “financing” and the Latin word “certa” (eng.: certain, reliable, sure) referring to our strong commitment to reach reliable and sustainable financing solutions for our clients.

Independent advisory company founded in 2020, focusing on debt financing

One-stop-shop for bespoke transaction structuring, investor approach and execution

Exclusive focus on mid market transactions across Europe as company DNA

Access to more than 300 banks, private debt funds, institutional investors and family offices

“The more complex the better”

Fully owned by management and employees to avoid conflicts of interest

We observed companies, especially mid-sized ones, struggling to receive the attention and tailored advice needed to comprehensively cope with their debt financing challenges: on the one side, large advisory firms focus on global client accounts, on the other side, the advice provided by debt capital advisors often lack the seamless preparation, structuring, investor approach and execution by one team.

We exclusively focus on mid-market transactions in Switzerland and across Europe and act as a one-stop-shop for companies with complex financing needs.

Credentials

Credentials and case studies for transactions originated and executed by the Fincerta team are available on request. The experience of a cumulative volume of more than EUR 12bn in debt financings in virtually all industries and many jurisdictions speaks for itself.
